Credit Card Details
Your nominated credit card will be charged 50% of the full tariff to secure your booking. Sorry, this is NON-REFUNDABLE.
We reserve the right to charge the nominated credit card in the event of cancellations, late check ins, early check outs, incomplete group arrivals, unsettled balances, property damage, alarm tampering or false fire alarms, excess cleaning or any other circumstances where it is deemed necessary from time to time.
Late check-ins will have the balance of their stay charged to the nominated credit card and a key and directions will be left out. Make sure you take the one with your name on it!
Room Check out no later than 10am, unless by prior arrangement, or you will be charged for an extra night.
We will hold your credit card details in place of taking a key bond from you. However if your key is not returned on departure your nominated credit card will be charged $20.00.
Cancellations
All cancelletions must be made in writing and sent by replying to the confirmation email, and will be carried out in accordance with the terms of our cancellation policy.
All cancellations made with two or more days notice will attract a 50% cancellation fee, with less than two days notice cancellations will attract a 100% cancellation fee, this also includes No Shows.
Bookings can be transfered to a later date at no additional charge, with 2 days notice prior to original arrival date.
Any changes to your booking must be made no later than 2 days prior to arrival.
Reception Times
- Monday to Thursday 8.30-10am & 4.30-8.30pm
- Friday 8.30-10am & 4.30-10.30pm
- Saturday & Sunday 8-10am & 4.30-8.30pm

Key Deposit
If you cannot supply us with credit card details on arrival we will need a $20.00 key deposit. If your key is not returned on departure, your key deposit will not be returned or your credit card will be charged $20.00.
